My Contribution:
Developed the full GTM strategy — SWOT analysis, audience segmentation, funnel design, six-phase product launch timeline, acquisition mix, and KPIs.
Result:
An execution-ready GTM plan with defined targets across awareness, physician adoption, and sign-up conversion — covering pre-launch through post-launch.
